Become a hosting partner
This exhibition is designed as a Ready-to-Print format, meaning it can be printed and shown locally anywhere in the world. We invite institutions and communities in different cities to join as hosting partners and present the exhibition in their own spaces—helping sustain attention to Russia’s war against Ukraine, express solidarity, and support people affected by the humanitarian crisis, including the ongoing energy-related emergency.

Find a space (or maybe you have one)
A hosting partner can be a museum, gallery, cultural centre, university, library, city hall, or civil-society organisation, as well as a business space with public visibility. The exhibition can be installed in many settings, for example:
a city hall or university lobby
a museum or gallery space
a public space (subject to local permissions)
shopfront or façade windows of a gallery, store, or institution
a foyer, corridor, passageway, or any high-footfall public area
01
Print the posters and the info panel
If you are ready to host, you will need to:
-
print at least one poster in A1 or A0
-
print the information panel (introductory context text) — mandatory
The number of posters is entirely up to you: it can be 1, 5, or 10 works depending on your space, budget, and capacity. Even a minimal installation (one poster + the info panel) is meaningful and communicates solidarity.
02
Installation and presentation
The hosting partner covers:
printing
installation/mounting in the chosen space
if possible, a small presentation or opening event
The event can be modest (a simple gathering for your community) or larger in scale (a public programme around the anniversary of the invasion, bringing together the international community). The exhibition can stay up for one day or several days—entirely at your discretion.
03
What we provide
On our side, we provide:
print-ready files (posters + info panel)
brief installation guidance
communication recommendations
photos from previous presentations to help you visualise possible set-ups
At the same time, we welcome your creative interpretation and adaptation to your specific space.
04
Visibility for partners
If you host the exhibition as a partner, we will:
include your logo in the list of partners
acknowledge you as a partner in our communications (online/social media where relevant)
05
Donations for humanitarian support
The exhibition also aims to support people affected by the humanitarian crisis linked to the energy emergency. We encourage visitors to donate towards humanitarian needs. Details of a trusted partner foundation for donations will be shared shortly.
06
The exhibition is developed in collaboration with Artists Support Ukraine (ASU) as an internationally replicable cultural response to the energy humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.
